Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, or promotional events), processing times may be slightly delayed.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


2. Shipping Time

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Customs processing
  • Local courier delays
  • Peak seasons or unforeseen events


3. Total Delivery Time

Total estimated delivery time =
1–2 business days (processing) + 5–8 business days (shipping)

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volumes

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.


6. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information

If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then reach out to us so we can assist where possible.
